Sterile hydrophilic foam border with acrylic, or gentle or silicone adhesive, indicated for the treatment of chronic or acute non-infected wounds with moderate to severe exudation. The dressings can be used during the healing process of pressure ulcers, lower extremity ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds. Provides high vertical absorption and retention capacity that minimizes the risk of maceration of the area surrounding the wound. Creates a semi-permeable barrier that allows the skin to breathe. Is permeable to water vapor, preventing leakage of fluids. It provides a barrier to water and bacteria, reduces the risk of infection, is elastic and extremely comfortable, and ensures painless replacement even after several days of treatment.
