This assay is intended for the quantitative determination of High Sensitive Cardiac Troponin T (hs-cTnT) content in human serum and plasma.
Intended Use
High Sensitive Cardidiac troponin T in humans is encoded by the TNN2 gene.Among them, isoform 6 or TnT3 is the main isoform in the normal adult myocardial tissue, which consists of 287 amino acids.
Myocardial troponin is an important structural protein in muscle excitatory contraction coupling, mostly bound on fine muscle filaments to constitute the myocardial cytoskeleton, with about 2%~8% in a free form present in the cytoplasm. As an anchored subunit of promyosin, cTnT is involved in regulating the intergroup of myponin complex with fine myofilaments.Myocarponin T tissue specificity, clearly distinct from skeletal troponin, is a marker of myocardial damage w ith high specificity and good sensitivity.
Advantage
No cold chain required.
Single packaging.
Compact and convenient.
Principle
Sandwich principle.
The High sensitive Cardiac Troponin T (hs-cTnT) test kit employs a wash-free and homogeneous strategy based on proximity hybridization-regulated CRET(Chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer).
Main Components
25 Lyophilization sphere reagents
Sample Requirements
1. The serum is recommended to be collected by ordinary serum collection tubes or tubes with procoagulant. If it cannot be used immediately, it is recommended to be stored at 2-8℃ and the test should be completed within 24 hours. If the test cannot be performed within 24 hours, the sample needs to be frozen at -20℃ for 1 month.
2. Samples containing sediment or flocculent material should be centrifuged (4000rpm, 10min) and then tested.
