Alternatively different needle heads can be set in each manifold, allowing different formats of samples to be processed at the same time. With its dual plate capability, it can double your sample throughput compared to the Ultravap® Mini. This solvent evaporator has been designed to be simple to operate and maintain. It offers individual gas and temperature settings for each of the sample holders, providing precise control over the evaporation process on both sides. Installation of the Ultravap® Gemini requires only a connection to a gas supply and standard mains socket. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to handle and install in your laboratory. The Ultravap® Gemini has been designed for use with any ANSI/SLAS standard plate or tube/vial format. It offers a choice of evaporator heads for 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384 well plates. A range of straight and spiral needle heads are also available, providing versatility for your laboratory’s needs.
