Automated adhesive pressure-applied microplate and tube rack sealer Complete solution for application of adhesive and pressure based films Pneumatically operated requiring compressed air supply Easy to program Operator and integration friendly Compatible with ANSI standard plates and vial holders Ideal for PCR, qPCR and other assays and storage-based applications Compatible with a range of plate materials including polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, COC and COP Wide range of compatible seals, films and foils available including optically clear, low temperature and gas permeable The Ultraseal™ COLD-PRO is a high-throughput automated adhesive microplate and tube rack sealer. The unit uses a roll of surface-modified aluminium or plastic film approx. 80 mm wide and 200 m long. The the film is pulled through the sealer and cut to between 124 mm and 130 mm in length before being applied to the plate top surface to create the seal.
