Freedom is a multi-room intercom, loud speaking telephone and door release system. Providing flexibility, portability and ease of installation. The Freedom can be used with the Vivo! environmental controller, as a door entry system or as just an internal intercom and telephone. The user unit can be mounted on a wheelchair or carried enabling users to communicate from the property or garden. With limited internal wiring, installations are quicker and less costly. Battery backup enables operation after mains supply failure. Pre-stored recorded messages can be heard when callers visit and press the button on the external intercom station. Freedom can be remotely activated via Possum and other IR controllers. Headphones can be provided to enable private telephone conversations. In cases where users have quiet voices an external microphone is available.
