Description

With the new self-adhesive technology it is easy to integrate these sensor spots in nearly any transparent glass or plastic vessel. The oxygen is measured contactless and non-destructively from the outside – through the vessel wall. The SP-PSt3-SA has a measurement range of 0 – 100 % oxygen in dissolved or gaseous phase and can therefore be used for measurements in liquids as well as in headspace. These sensor spots are extremely versatile and can be applied from biotechnological applications up to quality checks for packed or bottled products. Simplified integration with new self-adhesive technology Compatible with glass & nearly all plastic vessels Pre-calibrated & ready-to-use Online monitoring without sampling Non-invasive measurements through the vessel wall Properties - - Compatibility - Aqueous solutions, methanol No cross-sensitivity - pH 1 – 14 CO2, H2S, SO2 Ionic species Cross-sensitivity - Organic solvents, such as acetone, toluene, chloroform or methylene chloride Chlorine gas Sterilization procedure - Ethylene oxide (EtO) Gamma irradiation Cleaning procedure - Aqueous solutions Do not expose to ethanol! Calibration - Two-point calibration with oxygen-free environment (nitrogen, sodium sulfite) and air-saturated environment Storage stability - 24 months provided the sensor material is stored in the dark
