With its protruding anti-tipping supports, the badminton frame of the SPEEDY F1 4badminton allows extremely aggressive positioning of the axle tube. Anti-tipping supports extended far to the rear and a wide wheelbase of the caster wheels ensure absolute stability.
In combination with a large camber, these features give the wheelchair its superb manoeuvrability and optimal acceleration characteristics.
The SPEEDY F1 4badminton wheelchair can be defined with nine selectable frame and six chassis parameters, such as knee angle, frame retraction and the lower leg width at the top and bottom. The complete frame is manufactured as per the wheelchair user's individual dimensions and requests.
Special customised frame design options
The firmly welded frame is perfectly tailored to the user with the choice of nine frame parameters. The caster wheels can be positioned far in front of the footplate, which prevents the chair from tilting forward, even with extreme movements.
The frame stem can include a frame retraction. This enables the user to keep their thighs closer together and also looks better. The lower leg guide can be individually defined with the ‘upper and lower front frame width’ frame dimensions.
The perfect fit and optimum weight distribution as well as the firmly welded chassis result in the best possible conversion of muscle strength into movement and therefore the easiest possible implementation of demanding manoeuvres.
Option: Footplate supports
As an option, different footplate supports such as "front edge" or "box shape" can be selected, which provide secure positioning for the feet.
