It is perfectly suited to Safety Critical applications within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries as the sensor can be removed or replaced without exposing the process to ambient air. The Primary advantage of the OxyExtract is the ability to measure Oxygen concentration directly in the process gas stream without the need for complex sampling systems ensuring a truly representative sample and the best speed of response. Two basic versions are offered, either manual or automated (pneumatic) insertion and retraction of the sensor probe. The OxyExtract is available in 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy C22 and has a variety of Tri-Clamp and Flange process connections.
