Our products are based on real-time PCR, using Taqman-like hydrolisis probes technology, in combination with CHIC technology for the design of the internal amplification control. We offer various combinations of targets for the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 genome, as well as several combinations of fluorophores. We also have available a version with an independent CHIC internal control (Chic-Out), which allows the monitoring of the nucleic acids extraction. In this way, each user can find the product that best suits their instrument and preferences.
