Children´s adjustable bed Buddy is suitable for hospitalization of patients in ages ranging from several months up to 7 years. Buddy can be used from orphanages through standard children‘s hospitals to specialized children‘s units. Height adjustment mattress platform The mattress platform of the bed can be adjusted in height in several steps. The individual sides of the mattress platform can be positioned individually to achieve special positions. Universal accessory holders Compatibility of the bed with accessories is ensured by universal accessories holders located at the headboard or footboard. They allow the use of the most common accessories such as handle, IV pole, bedside lamps or extension sets. Mattress holders The mattress holders ensure optimal positioning of the mattress when positioning the mattress platform. The holders are positioned so as not to obstruct the positioning of the evacuation mat. Foldable side rails A great advantage of the bed is the possibility of controlling the side rails with a foot pedal. The side rails can be adjusted to any height. During positioning, both hands of the staff remain free. Easy height adjustment without the need for increased effort is ensured by the auxiliary piston rods. All control mechanisms are located out of reach of the patient. This completely eliminates the risk of unwanted lowering of the side rails. Brakeable castors The bed is equipped with high-quality TENTE wheels, which help the bed to be maneuverable during transport. The castors are made of permanent non-marking material.
