The PROMED SmokeFin Telescoping Smoke Evacuation Pencil is a patented electrosurgical device designed to eliminate hazardous smoke aerosols and gases generated during electrosurgery. SmokeFin ensures a clear view and a smoke-free environment, allowing hassle-free hand movement. It features smart work-length adjustment and a 360° swivel design, enabling the surgeon to slide the cut and coagulation button closer to the surgical site for improved control. - Adjustable working length up to 60mm extension for deep cavity surgery via sliding rocket switch. - 360-degree swivel connection for effortless hand movement. - Captures smoke plume directly at the tip. -Independently telescoping smoke nozzle and electrode for enhanced versatility. - Eliminates the need for additional smoke evacuation accessories.
