High-speed UV laser printing on the surface of solid preparations (tablets, soft capsules).
Compact size, and can be connected to the ACROCIA tablet appearance inspection system.
As tablet ink is not used, the defect rate is greatly reduced.
With a simple transfer mechanism, QUALIS is capable of printing up to 400,000 tablets per hour.
Installation footprint is much smaller than that of previous machines.
The tablet discharge position can be raised, making post-process equipment design simple and easy.
The system can be connected to a tablet appearance inspection machine to perform printing and appearance inspection at the same time.
