Equipped with state-of-the-art optics, this appearance inspection machine is capable of inspecting the entire tablet surface, including edges, by capturing images of the front surface and side, and the rear surface and side, with the same cameras. This model is designed to achieve even higher accuracy by capturing images from four oblique angles and from orthogonal angles. Incorporating a dedicated image processing board and original development software results in more accurate and faster processing. Parts that come into contact with tablets can be detached and reattached without tools (some exceptions). To avoid installation errors, the unit can only be installed in the proper location. The captured images can also be used to simulate inspection.
