Wash Buffer Concentrate contains 5 vials (100 mL/vial) of a 25X concentrated solution of buffered surfactant with preservative. The concentrate can be diluted to a working concentration and used for the complete removal of any unbound sample or conjugate in the wells of an ELISA. STORAGE & STABILITY If crystals have formed in the concentrate, warm to room temperature and mix gently until the crystals have gone into solution. May turn yellow over time. TECHNICAL HINTS & LIMITATIONS OF THE PROCEDURE Caution: Wash Buffer Concentrate contains ProClin® which may cause an allergic reaction. Avoid breathing mist. Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye and face protection. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Please refer to the MSDS on our website prior to use.
