The system includes a high-performance Graham-type cooling circuit specifically designed for efficient cooling of gases at high temperatures, a washing solution to capture particles, an acid-base neutralizing solution, and an activated charcoal filter to neutralize particles by adsorption. The active aspiration system comprises a vacuum pump with simple manual regulation and features acoustic insulation, ensuring quiet operation. The system’s vacuum level is adjustable between 10mBar and 800mBar. Our Scrubber is the ideal accessory for use in conjunction with our MBC Series Kjeldahl digesters. The connection between both systems is quick and straightforward, thanks to a hose that links the digester’s fumes collector to the Scrubber’s cooling system input. This design ensures smooth and efficient interaction between both pieces of equipment.
