Chemiluminescence AnalyzerApplicable Models This Manual is applicable to REAGEN 11 Series Chemiluminescence Analyzers, inclcuding Lumiray 1200, Lumiray 1220, Lumiray 1230, Features 11 Series Chemiluminescence Analyzer supports the sandwich method, competition method, indirect method, and capture method. The product is based on the indirect chemical luminescence of AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). The reaction principle is that the ALP-promoting chemical luminescence with magnetic particles as carriers. It uses the free energy released by chemical reaction to excite intermediates to make the intermediates return from the excited state to the ground state. When the intermediates return from the excited state to the ground state, photons of equal energy are released. The photons are measured for quantitative analysis. Priority given to stat samples inserted for testing; Supports the one-step method, two-step method, pseudo two-step method, and three-step method; Supports 3-component reagents; Automatic dilution of samples; 24-hour interrupted refrigeration of regents; Automatic closure and automatic mixing of reagent vials; Supports the 2-point calibration, 6-point calibration, etc.
