The hot & cold gel packs can be heated by microwave or in boiling water and cooled in refrigerator, it can provide physical therapy to relieve the pain and swelling. The lateral heel straps can be adjustable to fit most of ankle. In order to increase the comfort worn, please cooperate in a pair of socks which suck the sweaty.
