Description

The DELFIA®/AutoDELFIA® PlGF 1-2-3 kit quickly and accurately detects levels of Placental Growth Factor (PlGF) in maternal serum. The kit may be used with either the AutoDELFIA automated immunoassay system or the manual DELFIA system. OverView This solid-phase, two-site fluoroimmunometric assay is based on the direct sandwich technique in which two antibodies are directed against two separate antigenic determinants on the PlGF molecule.
