Ot Box is used to create the retentive cap housing inside a castable reinforcement that, once completed, will be cast in metal. This reinforcement, will be inserted into an overdenture in order to strengthen it and prevent it from breaking. The castable reinforcement together with the OT Box can be created directly on the master model without duplication technique. It is possible to choose any type of alloy for the casting. Ot Box guarantees an optimal result in terms of cap retention thanks to its design that, once cast, allows a correct housing of the retention coping inside it. In this way, the cap can take full advantage of its elasticity during its insertion on the sphere, and embrace it completely once reached its working position.
