treatment of bleeding from postpartum vaginal tears and prevention of postpartum vaginal hematoma.

Recommended inflation volumes for Obstetric use: from 240 to 480 ml depending on of vaginal size.
When inflated to adhere to the vaginal walls Vagistop maintains an internal pressure of about 50 mmHg, therefore higher than the pelvic capillary pressure, which varies from 21 to 48 mmHg.
Tested up to a maximum air inflation of 500 ml.
