A differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is a thermal analysis instrument that detects changes in the thermal energy generated within a sample when it is heated or cooled. The Thermo plus EVO3 series DSCvesta2 is an innovative measurement device that appeals to a wide range of users, from beginners to experts. Emphasizing user-friendliness, its design exudes sophistication while delivering cutting-edge performance. Overview Equipped with the industry-first self-diagnostic functionality, vestaeye®, it can detect and address potential issues early, even those previously undetectable without measurements. This ensures peace of mind in daily device usage. Furthermore, improved sensor reproducibility and a position-shift prevention mechanism guarantee accurate measurements. The DSCvesta2 with automatic sample changer (ASC) allows for easy setup of measurement conditions in a single window, enabling up to 28 samples to be loaded and 1000 consecutive measurements to be conducted, making it effective for high-volume or unmanned testing over extended periods. It can be used concurrently with various cooling units and sample observation units, offering exceptional versatility. Additionally, its embossed design enhances mechanical strength and thermal stress resistance, emphasizing durability. It is also possible to add an ASC to your existing DSCvesta2. Expanded measurement range With the adoption of a new amplifier, the full-scale range has significantly increased from ±400 mW to ±1000 mW, accommodating samples with large changes in calorific value.
