KAPA HyperCap Heredity Panel The Heredity panel is an approximately 10 Mb capture target covering 3,332 genes associated with hereditary-disease research and includes ClinVar pathogenic/likely pathogenic variants. It is engineered for sequencing efficiency with optimized uniformity and low duplication rates, delivering high percent target coverage (example: 98.5% of target bases covered at 30x; mean coverage ~92.6x). Lot-to-lot probe QC supports consistent performance.
