Thanks to the latest 2nd generation technology, they provide ideal stabilization of a sintering temperature and guarantee a high quality and transparency of zirconium oxide structures. UNIFORM SINTERIZATION 4 efficient heating elements uniformly stabilize temperature in each area of the chamber. As a result, the individual parts of a work piece sinter at the same temperature, which secures against stress and minimizes the risk of fracture. COOLING CONTROL The cooling process at a temperature from 1500°C to 800°C has a great influence upon the strength and stability of modern zirconia shape. HELIOS ZR/TYTAN ZR are the only few sintering furnaces outfitted with a programmable cooling process and controls the working parameters from the beginning to the very end of the sintering process. EFFECTIVENESS A size of a chamber enables sintering of a full tooth bow including supportive elements and a stabilizing tray what reduces a risk of deformations.
