Our new CO2 unit simplifies the euthanasia procedure. Particularly the prevention of stress in the animals. ​The Easy Box module is directly placed to the standarized Tecniplast cage box of type II or type III. The procedure of CO2 euthanasia is prepared less stressful for the animal and will be perfomed according to the selected cage volume. These requirements correspond to the 2010/63 / EU standards, which ​regulates the policy for experiments with the handling of the animal. At the end of the cycle, the evacuation of the CO2 gas will be extracted automatically from the outlet port of the CO2 Easy Box to a Soda canister or a wall mount CO2 inlet evacuation system. The controller has an LCD screen and a simple keypad for selecting the settings and storage of multiple programs. The animals and the cage volume can be set respectively. A single button now starts the cycle. If a problem accurs during the procedure, the program stops the operation automatically. Two LED lights indicate each module status: - Prepare the cage on a table and remove the grill from the container.
