The self loading stretcher Arsh enables the operators find the most comfortable position for the patients. Fast and effortlessly conversion into chair allows entrée in places where the access for a normal stretcher is not possible such as elevators and lobbies with close-fitting corners. A gas spring is integrated to allows to adjust stretcher Arsh in infinite position until reaching the sitting position, discharging the operator from any sort of effort. The device is able to hold the rated load capacity in all positions The lying area has got adjustable backrest (countless positions from 0 to 90 using a gas spring) The device is fitted with four wheels. There are two 360° swivel wheels at the foot end fitted with brakes The frame is in sturdy lightweight non twisting construction. • The thorax area is manufactured of sturdy lightweight material which allows cardiopulmonary resuscitation without acting as a spring. All corners of the frame are radiused for greater safety. Metal frame construction has a water and scratch resistant paint finish unaffected by disinfectants. The patient restraint system has got quick release system. Pilot restraint system (optional) mattress divided into four separate sections.
