The Samarit Shoulder-Pull-System is a simple, efficient and safe way of placing a shoulder retainer on a patient undergoing cervical decompression surgery. The advantages of this system are evident: no retention or tension blisters on the patient; even traction regardless of how long the procedure takes; simple, fast and safe to work with; easy to clean; no pressure sores; can be adjusted to the size of the patient.
