They are designed to be used straight from the bag which eliminates the risk of cross contamination and means there is no costly cleaning. It is FDA and EC 1935/2004 & EU 10/2011 conforming HDPE. The spoons are BSE/TSE free STERILE - the sterile version is supplied with an additional irradiation certificate.
