TS series provides more than ten basic models covering 27 uL through 3 mL/stroke. The request for modification is welcome to flexibly cope with specific applications requiring (1) air bubble removal, (2) specific volume dispensing per pulse, (3) increased dispensing speed, (4) easier tubing replacement, etc. Advantages for system builders are: 1. High reproducibility (CV 0.2114 with 10 units in test) will minimizes deviation among production lots of systems. 2. The standard specification includes plunger seal back washing space. Especially ideal for application with saline fluids. 3. Precise machining of inner parts minimizes tear and wear problems with mating parts during system running. 4. System down frequency can be reduced with plunger seal having expected service life of 2,000,000 cycles. 5. Footprint as small as 28 x 28 mm available.
