Fluorescence Measurements using Flow Cells Best Sensitivity with a Back Thinned CCD Detector High Excitation Power with LED Light Source (LS-LED) or Xenon Flash Light Source (LS-XeF) Designed for Time-Dependent Flow Measurements Ideal for Kinetic Flow Measurements Great Flexibility with Interchangeable Optical Filters The Fluorescence FLEX Pack FLOW is a flexible bundle with all the necessary optical components to perform fluorescence measurements of solutions using flow injection analysis. This bundle combines a narrow-band and high-power LED light source, LS-LED, (with the slide interchangeable LEDs from 255 to 1550nm) or a high-power and pulsed Xenon Flashlamp light source, LS-XeF, (with a continuous wavelength excitation spectra from 190 to 2000 nm) with great speed and performance of the FLEX+, a spectrometer that is configured for the Vis-NIR wavelength range with a back-thinned CCD detector and a 200 µm slit, and is capable of providing the best sensitivity and maximum detection efficiency at 500 nm. The bundle is complete with a stainless steel or PEEK flow cell configured with sapphire windows that are coupled through adjustable focus SMA optical connectors to two 1000 µm core diameter optical fibers (each with 30 cm length). The Fluorescence FLEX Pack FLOW selected with LS-XeF comes also included with the new SPEC Hub for triggering and pulse synchronization.
