iQue® Cell-Based Kits enable the analysis of multiple cell health and cell function endpoints, such as viability, proliferation, apoptosis and more. Most of these kits are optimized for no-wash protocols and can be multiplexed with other iQue® kits. Each of these are available in different sizes to meet your screening needs. The iQue Forecyt® software has automated templates for most of these kits making it easy to acquire and analyze data. All have been optimized for use on the iQue® platforms.
Available iQue® Cell-Based Kits include:
This simple no-wash, add-and-read kit utilizes a DNA binding dye that fluoresces in proportion to DNA content for creating of cell cycle profiles and quantifying relative percentages of cells in each cell cycle phase. The DNA-selective dye minimizes potential for interference from RNA binding, eliminating the need for RNase treatment. The protocol requires no cell permeabilization or fixation.
Simple no-wash multiparameter assay that includes 4 distinct reagent components for determining 5 different apoptosis endpoints per well: cell viability, caspase 3/7 activity, annexin V binding, mitochondrial membrane integrity, and cell count. These endpoints provide a robust determination of apoptosis progression and insight into mechanism of action.
Can include any combination of dyes to measure cell viability, caspase 3/7 activity, annexin V binding, mitochondrial membrane integrity, or cell count. This custom combination can be used for specialized long-term studies requiring less toxic dyes.
Labels 2 to 4 different cell populations at different intensities in a single fluorescent channel for simultaneous analysis of multiple cell lines.
