Description

SoftHLA - SCC's immunogenetics information management system for the diagnostic genetics laboratory - provides clinical and laboratory information management functionality related to transplantation workups for solid organ and stem cell/bone transplantation, along with transfusion support and other clinical purposes. The system provides a dynamic tool for immunogenetics laboratories by providing strong database support for information analysis and management. The enhanced functionality of SoftHLA provides users an indispensible information assessment application to track patient groups for workups in transplantation and other immunogenetics studies. As a result, clinicians have come to rely on the broad functionality and in-depth capabilities that are unique to SoftHLA. With its robust and flexible architecture, SoftHLA meets users' needs in various endeavors, from PCR-based HLA typing methods to solid phase technologies. Furthermore, SoftHLA can be interfaced with virtually any other informatics application, as well as automated and non-automated equipment to support Luminex®, flow cytometry, sequencing, and other technologies from third-party vendors, including One Lambda, Abbott, Life Technologies, and others. SoftHLA delivers a robust application for enterprise-wide laboratories in immunogenetics, stem cell, and solid organ/tissue/fluid research in both clinical and research settings.
