Description

Alkaline foam cleaner for surfaces, equipment and devices in food-processing production areas. Our Plus alkaline pH level can be used with cold and warm water optimal cleaning performance excellent foaming properties stable foam quality also on vertical surfaces (such as walls) suitable for use in the food industry color and perfume free Alkaline grease- and oil-dissolving foam cleaner based on anionic and nonionic surfactants. The product features are specially tailored to the needs of food-processing production areas. The sprayed-on foam easily removes oil and grease residues. s&m foam cleaner A can be used with cold and warm water. The recommended application concentration is 2 %. Higher concentrations can be used for heavier soiling. Apply s&m foam cleaner A to surfaces using foaming devices (such as high- or low-pressure cleaners). Allow approx. 10 min. of contact time and then rinse surfaces with water of appropriate quality. Higher temperatures (approx. 60 °C) accelerate the effectiveness against stubborn grease deposits. Use cold water in the case of protein residues. Surfaces precleaned with s&m foam cleaner A can then be disinfected. For surface disinfection in food-processing areas, we recommend quartacid® plus and quartasept® plus. After the recommended contact time for cleaning or after subsequent disinfection, surfaces which come into contact with food should be rinsed evenly with plenty of water of appropriate quality.
