Overview
Designed for high-speed chromatography
Sciex microLC systems are designed for rapid, high-resolution gradient chromatography and ChromXP columns feature chemistries optimized for these high speed gradients. To achieve fast separation times, the system flow rate is proportionately2-8 times faster than conventional HPLC. These high linear velocities put added stress on the column, and stable packing is critical. SCIEX has developed a column system and packing process that ensure long-term stability, even at the extreme linear velocities that our microLC systems operate at.
Simple, tool-free column installation
ChromXP columns feature a novel end-fitting system that allows the column to be installed using fingertight fittings.
Superior chromatographic performance
Fingertight fittings for easy connections
Long column lifetime
Available in a variety of stationary phases and column lengths
