Superior temperature and humidity controlled oven for hybridization of MicroFISH Slides. Required for the MicroFISH Assay System. Studies have shown* that maintaining a constant level of 50% relative humidity (RH) during probe hybridization of MicroFISH slides provides probe signal intensities and clarity superior to slide incubations performed at higher humidities.
Coverslipped MicroFISH slides (without sealant) are placed in CytoBrite 6-slide trays, heated in the CytoBrite Slide Incubation System for a few minutes then transferred to the MicroFISH Hybridization Oven for incubation at 37°C and 50% RH. After hybridization, slides are washed and dried on the Little Dipper Processor, counterstained and visualized.
