SCREENVET IFA AMILOIDE Feline Serum Amyloid A (fSAA) Rapid Test IFA REF: SCV-2153-10 The test kit is used for quantitative detection of feline serum amyloid A (fSAA) in whole blood. The kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of fSAA in whole blood samples by immunochromatography. The test sample is mixed with diluent , then add mixed sample into the sample hole. fSAA in the sample was combined with the fluorescent labeled fSAA antibody to form an immune complex. The immune complex stream reacts with the test area fSAA antibody through the test zone, and generates a fluorescent signal in the reaction zone after being excited by a specific wavelength, and the signal intensity is proportional to the fSAA content in the sample. The concentration of fSAA in the sample can be quantitatively detected using a fluorescence detector.
