SCREENVET TOXOPLASMA AG
REF: SCV-1668-10
ScreenVet Toxo IgG/IgM Antibody is a lateral flow immunochromatographic Rapid Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) Test that uses the direct (or Sandwich) method for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma antibody (Toxo IgG/IgM) in Serum Whole Blood o Animal plasma. Toxo IgG/IgM Antibody (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid lateral flow immunochromatographic cassette test that uses the direct (or Sandwich) method for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma antibody (Toxo IgG/IgM Ab) in whole blood, serum or animal plasma. The cassette has a test window. The window includes two test zones (IgG/IgM) and an invisible C (control) zone. When the sample is poured into the well (S) on the cassette, the liquid flows sideways on the surface of the test strip. If there is a sufficient amount of Toxoplasma IgG/IgM antibodies in the collected sample, a visible line will appear in the IgG/IgM zone. Line C should always appear after the sample has been poured, indicating that the result is valid. This means that the cassette can accurately indicate the presence of Toxoplasma IgG/IgM antibodies.
