Podoscan 2D is an optoelectronic device that facilitates the study and morphological analysis of the breech, both in the clinical and in the orthopedic field and is very useful in the design of orthotic insoles.
2D scan
Digital footprint detection.
Quick and easy to perform acquisition.
Support analysis
Study of the feet in the clinical / orthopedic field
Thanks to the latest generation LED light, it allows a correct evaluation of the shape of the foot and any problems at the epidermal level, highlighting the areas of greatest pressure. The structure on which the feet rest is in transparent polycarbonate with excellent light conduction capacity which allows significant variations in chromatic intensity on the points of greatest and least plantar load. The device is capable of supporting a weight up to 150Kg.
freeStep, the application for the complete biomechanical analysis
of human movement
The system can be interfaced to a USB port and is managed through the freeStep software for Windows. Freestep acquisition software allows you to easily archive, measure and compare pre and post treatment images. Load points can be identified and marked directly on the foot image. Podoscan 2D facilitates the study and analysis of posture and feet both in the clinical and orthopedic field and is very useful in the design of orthotic insoles.
