Telescopic electromechanical automatism DUALCORE ER140 for straight telescopic sliding doors suitable for wings weighing up to 100kg (2 wings) and 80kg (4 wings). Operator specially designed for emergency routes and escape routes. It contains some redundant components and is designed to work in conjunction with sensors compliant with EN 13849-1 performance level “d” Cat.2, in order to allow installations compliant with European standard EN16005. Some technical specifications of ER140: • Pre-drilled aluminum support profile to facilitate installation • Double sliding guide in special reinforced alloy replaceable and mounted with rubber profile to reduce noise and vibration • Antistatic belt with internal Kevlar fibers • Double DC motor in series model GR63x55 – 40Vdc and GR63x25 – 24Vdc with optical encoder and SG80reducer • Back-up control unit that monitors and supervises the movement of the leaves and activates only as a “passive” safety protection and works only in emergencies • Backup system with Supercapacitors (Supercap), No maintenance for many years and super fast recharge • Specific function selector DIGIDOR RD/R including 3 tags. The tag is used to activate and deactivate the night mode, switching from SAFE mode to LOCK mode • TÜV tested product according to PL “d” EN13849-1
