XZC Disposable Surgical Mask (Non-sterile)  Product performance 1. Mask appearance is neat and intact without damage or stain on surface. 2. Bacterial filtration efficiency(BFE) of mask is not be less than 95%. 3. Non-oily particles filtering efficiency of mask is be less than 30%. 4. Pressure difference between both sides of mask for air exchange is more than 49Pa.  Application scope To wear by clinical medical personnel covering their mouth, nose, and jaw in order to provides a physical barrier to prevent direct penetration of pathogenic microorganisms, body fluids and particulate matter etc..  Structural composition The product consists of a mask body, a nose clip and mask bands. Mask body is composed of an outer layer, a middle filter layer and an inner layer. Outer layer and inner layer are made of polypropylene spun-bond non-woven material. Middle filter layer is made of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric. Nose clip is made of galvanized iron wire wrapped with polypropylene. Mask bands are made of nylon and spandex material.
