Chemtrue* COVID-19 Ag Rapid Test kit (Colloïdal Gold) is a rapid direct binding test for the qualitative detection of antigen of COVID-19. TEST PROCEDURE: 1. Collect specimen 2. Add 10-12 drops (about 0.5ml) of extraction solution'irvtp. the tube, insert the swab into the tube, rotate the swab in the tube at least 6 times. 3. Remove the swab from the tube. 4. Cover the tube with the dropper. 5. Add 2-3 drops of specimen into the sample well. RESULTS INTERPRETATION: • Negative result: no COVID-19 antigen was detected. • Positive result: antigen présent,COVID-19 antigen was detected Invalid Result: Control invalid, Re-run another new testing card one more time using the remaining specimen if an invalid result showed during initial testing.
