The nebulizer that Tow-Int Tech produced adopts a microporous sieve high-frequency vibration technology. It comprises an annular piezoelectric ceramic sheet and a circular metal microporous film attached to the ceramic sheet. Instead of the traditional ultrasonic atomization and air-jet atomization, the center diameter of the atomizing head is 5mm, and there are thousands of precise micro-holes in the center of the atomizing head. During atomization, the microporous sieve ejects the liquid medicine as the aerosol through high-frequency vibration. The particle size of the aerosol is 1-10 microns, which can effectively enter the alveoli and is conducive to deep lung deposition. The atomizing head is installed at the drug inlet of the experimental chamber and is controlled by the controller.
