The 101C cell incubator is used to establish hypoxia experimental environment conditions for organ culture and the cultivation of a large number of cell lines. During use, the flow meter is connected to a nitrogen steel cylinder, and the gas enters the cell incubator through the flow meter. The oxygen concentration in the chamber is manually controlled through the flow meter. When the oxygen concentration reaches the target value, disconnect the gas source and place the chamber directly in the incubator. The chamber can maintain a hypoxic environment for a long time.
The experimental chamber can also be connected to oxygen for hyperoxia experiments, and other gases or PM2.5 can be connected to conduct cell toxicity exposure experiments.
Product Features
The chamber is sealed with an O-ring, which can maintain a hypoxic environment for a long time.
The cylindrical cavity design with 4 different directional air intakes at the bottom ensures uniform gas concentration inside the chamber.
There are two layers of ventilation partitions in the middle, and the spacing between the partitions is adjustable. Suitable for placing different sizes of culture dishes, test tubes, tissue culture bottles, microplates, etc.
The main body is made of transparent PMMA material, which is easy to observe and durable.
The cultivation room can be stacked as a storage room to save space.
Provide filters to ensure the gas entering the chamber is clean.
Equipped with dual flow meters, which can not only control the airflow speed but also be used to mix gases.
The chamber’s internal dimensions are 254mm (diameter) x 120mm (height); other specifications can be customized.
