Standard 36-channel configuration of the multi-concentration nose-only exposure system for animals. There are 12 channels on each layer. It can be divided into upper and lower layers, with an optional 24-channel configuration; or it can be divided into upper, middle and lower layers, with an optional 36-channel configuration. There is a diluent gas interlayer between layers, and it has a specially designed internal structure. This structure enables active control and adjustment of the aerosol concentration in different layers. With a single aerosol source, aerosol generation can be carried out once, and multiple concentration doses can be produced simultaneously. This ensures the consistency of the aerosol sources for different experimental groups, saves the usage amount of samples, and greatly improves the experimental efficiency.
The animal exposure system can test various substances, including drugs, air pollutants, PM2.5, organic substances, industrial hygiene, agricultural chemicals, etc. It can carry out acute and chronic contamination, hypobaria, hyperbaria, hypoxia, hyperoxia and other gas exposure experiments.
