SPO2
The saturation of peripheral oxygen, is a measure of the amount of oxygen-carrying hemoglobin in the blood relative to the amount of hemoglobin not carrying oxygen. Human body needs there to be a certain level of oxygen in the blood or it will not function as efficiently. Generally, the Sp02 level shall be higher than 95% in the Normal elevation of normal person. The patient who has pneumonedema, COPD, asthma and the other lung disease shall keep monitoring
their Sp02 numbers.
PR
The puise rate is a measurement of the heart rate, or the number of times the heart beats
per minute. As the heart pushes blood through the arteries, the arteries expand and contract with the flow of the blood. The normal puise forhealthy adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute, while a lower resting puise rate (40 to 60 bpm) means your body is performing more effectively and efficiently. Keep doing cardio will be good for PR in a good range.
