Dental Implant Screw Removal Kit provides the tools needed for safe and efficient removal of fractured screws from dental implants with minimal risk to the patient.
Description
Screw Removal Kit:
1- Claw Drill
This surgical tool is designed to remove screws that have fractured inside a fixture.
To use, select the appropriate size based on the screw to be removed. Attach the guide (Conical, Internal, or External) to the fixture, then connect it to the shank driver. The fractured screw can then be removed by manually rotating the tool in the reverse direction.
If the fractured screw cannot be extracted with the claw drill, use the reverse drill and screw remover for removal
2- Reverse Drill
This tool is designed to create a hole on the fractured surface of a screw, enabling removal with a screw remover.
Select the appropriate reverse drill size based on the screw to be removed, and connect it to a guide compatible with the fixture (Perfect, Conical, Internal, or External Guide). The drill depth can be adjusted from 1mm to 3mm, guided by the markings on the drill body.
3- Screw Remover
This device is designed to remove fractured screws.
To use, select a screw remover that matches the size of the hole created with the reverse drill. Insert the remover and rotate it in the reverse direction at a low speed (80 rpm or less).
The screw remover features a tapered design that increases friction as it rotates, providing the necessary grip to loosen and extract the screw effectively.
4- Shank Driver
This surgical tool is designed to connect to the screw remover, enabling use with a hand tool, torque wrench, or ratchet for effective operation.
