Product Advantages
PES material for safer and more stable performance
Comparison of the properties of PES and PSF membranes:
1.High glass transition temperature (Tg), 230℃ for PES and 190℃ for PSF
2.The PES membrane is hydrophilic and has low protein adsorption. Little contact with water, 67° for PES and 89° for PSF.
3.Methyl radicals (-CH3) can be generated when PESO is in contact with strong oxidizing agents, which has a great impact on human body. The (-o-) bond in PESO replaces(-C-(CH3)2, which does not generate methyl radicals and has a significant impact on the long-term reuse of the membrane.
Uniform and consistent membrane pore distribution
Sieve-enhanced membrane structures have a more uniform pore size and distribution than traditional dialysis membranes, ensuring optimal small and medium molecule clearance.
Active Surface Management-A.S.M.: Reduce protein adsorption and effectively reduce blood membrane reactions
Active Surface Management-A.S.M. is an active treatment on the hydrophobic surface of the membrane and the charge near the membrane pores, so that the inner surface of the membrane can produce a certain degree of "point repulsion"(see the Figure) to the proteins in the blood, platelets and blood cells, and reduce the adsorption of proteins on the membrane.
Figure: The red area indicates the hydrophobic region (PES), the green area indicates the hydrophilic region (PVP), and the blue dots indicate the active center.
