Description

Singleron Matrix® automated single cell processing system can be used as an intergrated part for the preparation of single-cell sequencing libraries. The instrument can dispense the single cells in suspension into the proprietary SCOPE™ microwell chip, and automatically complete the cell separation, cell lysis, and mRNA capture steps within 30 minutes. The instrument greatly simplifies the operation process of single-cell sequencing library construction, reduces manual steps to improve the stability and reproducibility of the results. Singleron Matrix® can be operated in parallel with one or two SCOPE-chips. 500 to 60,000 single cells can be captured per run. Operation: • - Fully automated platform • - Touch screen opération • - One-key opération Monitoring: • Full-process pressure monitoring to ensure the stability of the instru-ment performance Mechanism: • Dual microfluidic control system to ensure accuracy of the reagent injection Throughput: • - 1-2 sample throughput • - Freely selectable Mouse bone marrow samples were processed by Singleron Matrix® in triplicates, with 99.8% correlation.
