Example of an Experimental Dataset
Frozen hippocampus tissue from mouse brain was processed using the GEXSCOPE® Single Nucleus RNA Library Kit. After nucleus isolation, partitioning and barcoding, a single nucleus library was sequenced, and the obtained data were clustered. Based on the expression profiles of marker genes, major cell subtypes (excitatory neurons, inhibitory neurons, glial cells, neuroblasts and oligodendrocytes) were annotated using the SynEcoSys database.
