Ortomed makes the creation of customisable cephalometric analysis, diagnosis, treatment planning and presentation of orthodontic cases, quick and straightforward. The powerful cephalometric system analyses lateral and frontal teeth, and soft tissue. All the structures (incisors, molars, orbital, symphysis, maxilla, etc), and anatomic profiles are generated automatically. A cephalometric x-ray of the patient is taken, using orthopantomography, then, with voice assist, the software superimposes the x-ray and traces over the patient photograph, meaning clinicians are still able to view patients bone structure.
