Description

Sol-Care™ Safety Syringes have a manual retractable needle mechanism. The syringe aids in the prevention of needlestick injuries by allowing the user to retract the needle into the barrel after medication delivery, covering the needle and locking it in place. Also offered without pre-attached needle. Features: • Compatible with Luer Lock and Luer Slip standard needles (ISO 80369-7), up to 40 mm • Clear, bold graduations designed for accurate dosing • No Gap design allows the plunger to be pushed to the zero mark without activating the safety mechanism • Safety mechanism does not obstruct the view of the needle tip • Visual and audible confirmation of safety mechanism activation • Patented locking ring design – the syringe cannot be reused once the needle is locked within the barrel • Designed according to ISO 7886-1 and ISO 23908 • Not manufactured with Latex, PVC and DEHP Intended use: Used to inject fluids into, or withdraw fluids from, the body. Intended user: Licensed healthcare professionals (HCP). Cautions: • Single use device. Re-use or use if the package is damaged may lead to infection or other illness/ injury. • Sharp object.
